What’s not included
AI service and cloud fees
Business subscriptions to generative AI services and cloud usage are contracted in your company’s name. We estimate the monthly running costs during the assessment.
Trade show and travel expenses
Booth fees, travel and accommodation, local transport and similar expenses are charged at cost.
Professional fees
Fees for work handled by licensed professionals, such as legal, tax or company registration, are charged separately. We’ll let you know in advance if it’s needed.

FAQ
Is there a charge for a quote?
No. The first consultation and the quote are free. For projects such as AI agent development, where some investigation is needed to define the scope, we may first suggest an assessment (from ¥100,000).
We have a fixed budget. Can you work with that?
Yes. We adjust the scope and approach to fit your budget. You can also start with a narrow focus and expand once the results are clear.
Can the scope change midway?
Yes. If a change in scope affects the cost, we provide a revised quote first and proceed only once you agree.
How much does AI agent development cost?
It varies widely with the number of systems to integrate, the scope of the work and the accuracy required, so we quote individually based on the assessment. We recommend starting with an assessment.
How does payment work?
We explain payment timing and methods when we provide the quote. Besides bank transfer in Japanese yen, we accept international wire transfers (in US dollars or other currencies) and crypto assets (USDT, USDC and BTC). Depending on the project, we can also discuss payment linked to results.
